Mummy Bees transition to Wild Bees

Our beloved 'Mummy Bees' have always been a testament to inclusivity and a beacon of inspiration. And now, in a wonderful new chapter that embraces every incredible woman in our hive, we're excited to share their new identity!

Through a resounding poll, the players in the competitive teams, have chosen a name that reflects their energy, spirit, and determination: The Wild Bees. This isn’t just a name change; it’s a celebration of their enthusiasm, resilience, and the joy they bring to the game.

We’re also thrilled to announce that The Wild Bees have a new sponsor: FinerRings, a Melbourne-based jewellery brand founded by Taiba Ash, a valued member of our community. Thanks to their generous support, The Wild Bees have been able to update their kit, giving them a unified, professional presence on the field.
