What a magnificent way to round out a truly unforgettable 2026 season for Maccabi FC Caulfield!

From winning Football Victoria league championships and staging our historic first-ever senior female derby, to earning national recognition with a Football Australia Star Achievement Award—this year has been nothing short of historic.

To top it all off, Caulfield Park came alive on Sunday, 6 September, as dozens of players, families, and friends gathered for a massive end-of-season celebration. What began as a standard final-round Sunday quickly transformed into a bustling community fiesta, complete with a legendary sausage sizzle and standard-setting Maccabi hospitality (which even our opposition teams got to enjoy!).

Supporters and players eagerly flipped through the newly released 2026 MFCC Year Book before President Ari Singer took the mic to announce this year’s standout performers. Reflecting on the monumental effort behind the scenes, Ari shared:

"There are so many people who quietly put in an enormous amount of work to make this club tick. From our volunteers, committee members, behind the scenes staff and coaches to our sponsors and families who are always there to help, this season belongs to all of you as much as it does to anyone on the pitch."

Cheers erupted across the park as trophies were handed out for MVPs, Rising Stars, and Coaches Awards across our teams.

While the regular season is drawing to a close, the action isn't quite over yet—we still have a couple of teams pushing into the finals over the next fortnight. Let's bring that same energy to the sidelines!

A massive thank you to everyone who made this year so special: our tireless volunteers, passionate coaches, supportive families, and, most importantly, our incredible players—from our youngest mini-roos to our senior stars.

We look forward to an even bigger 2027, though we have to ask... how are we ever going to top a season like this?
