MFCC Coach’s Corner: Summer Excitement is in Full Swing!

Just when you thought Maccabi FC Caulfield was taking a break for the summer, think again! The energy at the club is electric, and our players are seizing every opportunity for growth, indoors and out. Our Club Coach Coordinator, Dylan D’souza, shares the latest triumphs and exciting new ventures.

Futsal: Confidence on the Court

The Futsal program is proving to be a fantastic success, offering a fast-paced, skill-sharpening experience that’s translating into real player development.

“The Futsal program is in full swing, and with five games under our belt, it’s been amazing to see the players growing in confidence each week. What started as a big shift from outdoor football is now clicking. Their development has been fantastic to watch!”

This intense indoor environment is a crucible for quick thinking and technical mastery. It’s inspiring to witness our players not just adapt to the speed of the game, but truly dominate it as their confidence soars.

Introducing the Stingers: Elevating High-Performance Football

The momentum doesn't stop indoors! We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Stingers Program, a new initiative designed to take our club’s high-performance pathway to new heights for seasons to come. This is where dedication meets opportunity.

Dylan enthusiastically reports on the initial response:

“The Stingers Program has also kicked off, and the turnout at the first two trials was fantastic, showing there’s real appetite for high-performance football in our community.”
